Exchanges/Returns:

Due to the one of a kind nature of vintage, all items are sold "as is" and are ineligible for refunds. However, do not hesitate to contact us prior to placing your order with any questions about the sizing or conditions of any items at SUPPORT@UNORTHODOXBYESSENCE.COM

Please also keep in mind that our pieces are authentic vintage and may show character signs of wear or slight imperfections. With that, we do a thorough inspection of each item before listing it for sale.  All pieces are washed, steamed, and/or dry cleaned before they are packaged and shipped.

Shipping:

Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be shipped out from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania via USPS. This allows us enough time to tailor and/or dry clean your pieces. Domestic orders typically take 3-5 business days to arrive. For any expedited shipping needs please email SUPPORT@UNORTHODOXBYESSENCE.COM prior to checkout so we can add an expedited shipping fee to your order. 

International packages are shipped via first class mail and typically arrive within 7-10 days, although depending on customs, delayed packages can take up to 30 days. In this event, please contact your local post office. Duties and taxes are not included at checkout and are the buyer's responsibility.

We are not responsible for any packages lost or damaged in transit.
